    Hi Manjeet, saw your comment re: recording sessions. If your sessions are done around a PC, you can just use a webcam like this one to record video: tinyurl.com/yoccss. Once your hard drive starts filling up with video clips, then you can burn them to DVDs for archiving. If your sessions are not around a PC, or as backup, you can use a digital audio recorder like tinyurl.com/yrtfgy, and then just copy the audio clips to PC later.

    One thing to note: make sure to store the video/audio in a secure manner (I always archive the files using WinRAR, which can password-protect the files)!

    Hey Manjeet,

    thanks for the comment...I had a bit of trouble with the office I posted on my blog but I got a new place yesterday...I got the keys this morning so I will be working on it over the weekend..Hope to get it opened within 2 weeks..I'm going to do a short video of a before and after and post it on my blog...Glad you have got stuck in and congratulations...you will do fantastic, you have the perfect attitude....I'll post you a couple of things on the strength traning subject after the weekend..Good to hear from you
